01

Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy explains the information flows of the public Suvano World website at suvano.world, including its editorial pages, public product information, enquiry forms, Club application form, Careers form and on-site guide. It explains what happens while you browse, when a form prepares a message, and when you choose to contact the business. “Suvano”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Suvano World in the context of these public website activities.

This notice does not turn every linked website or business into one data service. A separately operated application, private beta, client project, business account or product may involve different information and arrangements. Read any service-specific notice presented there before providing information. Where a specific notice applies to a particular activity, read it alongside this policy; do not assume a public concept page describes a fully launched service.

Privacy contact and questions

For questions about information you have shared with Suvano World, email operations@suvano.world with “Privacy request” in the subject. You can also contact the published business WhatsApp number, +91 70214 85140. These are business contact routes, not an automated privacy portal.

Explain which website activity or conversation your request concerns and what you would like us to do. A date, the address or number you used, and a short description are usually more useful than a large attachment. Do not send passwords, full identity documents or other unrelated sensitive material as part of an initial privacy enquiry. We may need to clarify your request and confirm that it concerns your information before disclosing, correcting or removing it.

Information flows at a glance

The public website is primarily informational. Browsing pages requests website content from hosting infrastructure. The enquiry, Club and Careers forms construct draft messages in your browser and open WhatsApp; the site does not save those answers into its own enquiry database. Contacting us by email or sending a WhatsApp message then shares information through that external service.

The on-site guide searches published content locally after loading the guide’s content file. It does not send your questions to a live AI model. Public DUOVÉ memory examples are fictional demonstrations, not private customer albums. These distinctions matter: visiting a page, preparing a draft, opening another service and sending a message are separate actions, with different information flows.

04

Technical information when you browse

Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page, stylesheet, script, font or image. Depending on the request and your browser settings, that information can include an IP address, requested resource, connection details, browser information, time of access and referrer information. Hosting, delivery and security providers may process such information to deliver content, manage reliability and protect their systems.

The existence of this technical processing does not mean Suvano maintains a personal visitor profile or that a page view is an enquiry. This public website does not provide a visitor account dashboard or a record of individual browsing activity to visitors. Provider-side logs and security information may follow the providers’ own controls and retention arrangements. We do not promise that technical requests are anonymous or that infrastructure keeps no logs.

Public enquiry forms and draft messages

A business enquiry form may ask for your name, business name, contact email, existing website, type of requirement, budget range and a description of the work you have in mind. Required fields are used to prepare a meaningful brief; optional fields can be left blank. The form validates and combines the entered text on your device, then prepares a WhatsApp link containing that text.

Preparing the draft does not submit an enquiry to a Suvano website database. Opening WhatsApp or its web service passes the prepared text to that service as part of the link, even before you press Send. Suvano receives the conversation when you send the message there. Review the draft before sending, and remove anything that is unnecessary. You can close the draft without sending it, although the external service and your device may already have processed the opened link.

06

Club applications and introductions

The Club form asks for your name, what you want to share about yourself, your contribution or skills, the help you are looking for and your ambitions. Use the space for a professional or project-related introduction. You do not need to share intimate personal history, confidential ideas, family information, exact location or documents to explain what you would like to build.

If you send the prepared message, it can be used to understand your interests, reply to you and consider a useful next conversation. An application is not a public member profile. Any proposed introduction involving your contact information or non-public project details should be discussed with you before it is made. Do not provide another person’s private contact information as though they have applied themselves. Joining a conversation does not automatically authorise public testimonials, announcements or sharing an applicant list.

07

Careers and contributions

The Careers form prepares a message containing your name, selected area of interest, any location you choose to provide, examples of work and an explanation of how you could contribute. It opens an external messaging service rather than creating a candidate account or an internal application record on this public website.

Provide relevant professional information and links you are entitled to share. A portfolio can itself reveal information about other people, clients or organisations, so check permissions and remove confidential content before linking it. Do not send identity documents, banking details, medical information or a complete collection of personal records through the public form. A submitted expression of interest is not an employment decision, offer or agreement. If a later process needs additional information, its purpose and appropriate channel should be discussed separately.

08

Information received through messages and email

When you send a message or email, the information received may include the name or profile information made available by that service, your contact number or email address, message contents, attachments and the surrounding conversation. This is different from information merely typed into an unsent form.

We use the information you supply to understand and respond to the matter you raised, discuss a project, consider an application, coordinate an agreed next step and maintain relevant business correspondence. A reply can contain details you have already provided so that the conversation remains understandable. Be selective with attachments and consider whether a document contains information unrelated to the enquiry. If you mistakenly send sensitive information, contact us promptly and identify the material so that an appropriate response can be considered.

09

Purposes and limits of use

The purpose of collecting an enquiry is to deal with that enquiry. Depending on what you ask, this may include clarifying requirements, checking whether work is a fit, preparing a proposal for review, communicating about an application or discussing an agreed service. Contact details may be used to reply using the channel you chose or another channel you explicitly provide for that purpose.

Information may also need to be used to keep a record of business decisions, address misuse, resolve a complaint, establish what was agreed or meet an applicable legal obligation. An ordinary enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. It does not grant unrestricted permission to reuse your message as marketing copy, disclose your private project to other applicants or publish your contact details. Any new activity requiring a separate choice should be explained when that choice is requested.

The on-site Suvano guide

The Suvano guide provides fixed answers and local search over published website information. Your browser downloads a content file from the site, compares the question with that content and displays a response or relevant links. It is not a live conversation with a human and is not a live AI model connected to an external model provider.

The current guide does not send the questions you type to an AI provider or a Suvano chat inbox. A request to load the guide’s content file is still an ordinary website request processed by the hosting infrastructure. If you choose an external contact link, the messaging service’s information flows apply. The guide is for navigating public information; avoid entering secrets or personal documents into it, and confirm project-specific answers directly before relying on them.

11

Campaign tags and local event hooks

Some links can include campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content. The public enquiry code reads permitted values from the page address and can append them to the prepared WhatsApp message so that the source of the enquiry is visible in the conversation. You can remove that part of the message before sending.

The site also contains browser-level event hooks for actions such as opening an enquiry link. In the current public code, these hooks are local browser events, not an installed third-party analytics service or a confirmed record of a submitted lead, sale or payment. Do not put personal information into campaign parameters: URLs can appear in browser history, copied links, messaging previews, logs and other places outside the form itself.

12

Cookies, storage and tracking

The reviewed public website code does not install advertising pixels, a third-party behavioural analytics tracker or persistent tracking cookies. Its enquiry and guide scripts do not use localStorage or sessionStorage to maintain a personal application or question history. This statement concerns the public site’s implemented scripts, not every application reachable from it.

Browsers may cache resources, remember form suggestions, keep history or apply their own settings. Hosting, security, external fonts and linked services may have their own technical processing. When you leave this site for WhatsApp, a social network, an account-based application or another provider, that provider may use cookies and storage under its own notice. You can manage browser storage and permissions through your browser; doing so can affect other services independently of Suvano’s public pages.

13

Hosting, fonts and other providers

The website uses Sites hosting, with delivery and security infrastructure involved in serving its public assets. Some styles request fonts from Google Fonts, which can cause your browser to connect to a Google font endpoint. Such a request can disclose technical connection information to the provider. It is not an instruction for you to create an account with that provider.

Messaging and email providers handle the communications you send through them. Their roles, systems and policies differ from those of a static website host. This notice is not a complete audit of every provider’s infrastructure, subprocessor or storage location. For the providers you choose to use, review the current notices available from OpenAI, Google and WhatsApp.

14

Access to information and disclosures

A message sent to a business contact is intended for the people dealing with that matter. Information relevant to agreed work may need to be discussed with the people involved in providing it, subject to the arrangements for that work. This is not permission to circulate an entire conversation where a limited brief would be sufficient.

Where a public introduction, publication, reference or transfer of applicant details is proposed, the intended use should be explained and agreed before it happens. Information may also have to be disclosed where a valid legal requirement applies or where it is necessary to address fraud, misuse or a dispute. The current public website has no mechanism for selling visitor profiles or placing behavioural advertising. This description should not be read as a guarantee about how unrelated external services use information independently.

15

DUOVÉ previews and personal memories

The DUOVÉ area currently presents prototype styles, concept material and public fictional memory examples. Its order form prepares your name, selected watch colours, quantities and optional occasion in a WhatsApp message. The website does not save these form details. They reach the team when you send the message in WhatsApp. Sending a request does not itself confirm an order or collect a payment on the website.

Customer memory uploads and private memory accounts are not currently enabled in these public demonstrations. Do not place private photographs, intimate messages, payment details or someone’s address into a public enquiry. Fictional examples are public, and some can be found through search engines. A QR link is a way of opening a URL; it does not inherently provide secrecy or access control. The owner can prepare private stories and photos through a restricted studio. Private pages require server-verified PIN access; public pages may be shared by anyone with the link. Contact operations@suvano.world about access, updates or deletion and confirm the hosting arrangement before supplying personal memories.

16

Linked products, private betas and client work

A public Meridian information page and a separately hosted Meridian application are different environments. Following a sign-in or beta link may take you to an application with its own account, security and operational data. This public website policy does not confirm that a private application has the same storage behaviour as the public enquiry form.

Similarly, the information required to carry out a commissioned website, research or creative project depends on its agreed scope. Access to client systems, customer records, credentials or production data should be addressed through the relevant service arrangements and an appropriate channel before it is provided. A general request to discuss a project is not authority to access every system or upload every record connected with it.

17

AI and other software tools

AI-assisted development, illustrations and product concepts may appear on the website. The presence of generated artwork does not mean your browsing or form entries are sent to an image generator. The public guide’s local question handling is described separately above, and it should not be confused with features of a future or separately hosted product.

If a project would involve supplying your non-public information to an external AI or other processing service, the relevant purpose, information and service arrangements need to be considered for that project. Do not send passwords, confidential customer datasets or restricted documents on the assumption that any general enquiry channel is approved for them. This public notice does not make a blanket claim about model training, zero retention or the configuration of software used outside the reviewed public website.

Back to contents ↑
18

Retention and removal

The current public enquiry forms do not maintain their own website enquiry database. Once you send a message, copies may exist in the relevant business conversation, mailbox, attachments, provider systems and devices used for that correspondence. Those copies are not removed simply by closing the website, clearing its form or deleting a browser tab.

Business correspondence may need to be retained while responding to the matter, assessing an application, providing agreed work, preserving what was agreed or meeting record-keeping and dispute-related requirements. There is no single published fixed deletion period covering all of these different records. You can ask about a particular record or request removal. Any response must take account of what can be located, applicable obligations and whether information must be retained for a stated reason. Copies controlled independently by other recipients or providers may require a separate request to them.

19

Security and responsible sharing

The website is delivered over HTTPS, which helps protect information in transit between your browser and the website endpoint. HTTPS does not make an unsuitable channel appropriate for every kind of information, prevent every device compromise or control what happens after content is forwarded. No website or communication method can promise absolute security.

Use only the contact routes published on the site, check the destination before sending information, and avoid sharing credentials or payment authentication codes in a general enquiry. If you believe a link, message or document has exposed information, contact the privacy address with a concise description. Please do not test a suspected issue by accessing another person’s records or sharing the exposed material more widely. We can assess the report without you collecting additional private information.

20

Children and young people

The public site contains information about building, products and community, and may be read by young people. A public page is not an age-verified account service. The current enquiry forms do not implement a system for verifying a parent or guardian’s identity or consent.

If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian before providing personal documents, entering a service arrangement, making a commitment or submitting information about other people. Keep any initial introduction limited to relevant professional interests and the help you are seeking. Parents and guardians can contact the privacy address about information a child has supplied. Where a particular activity requires verifiable consent or other safeguards under applicable law, those requirements must be addressed for that activity; this notice does not claim the public form already performs that verification.

21

Information about other people

Only share information you are entitled to provide. A client brief, portfolio, photograph, message or spreadsheet can contain someone else’s personal information even when the main subject is your work. Consider whether names, faces, contact details, customer records or identifiable private situations are necessary before sending them.

Another person’s appearance in an example or conversation does not automatically authorise publication, introductions or use in a product. For a proposed collaboration, a short description of the need is often sufficient until the people concerned agree to share more. If you believe someone has provided your information without permission, contact us with enough context to locate the matter. We may need to verify the situation before acting, especially where multiple people have rights or interests in the same material.

22

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse without sending an enquiry, leave optional form fields blank, review a prepared message, remove campaign information and choose not to send it. You can contact us to ask what information from a particular conversation is being used, request a correction or removal, withdraw a permission you previously gave, or raise a concern about sharing or publication.

The availability and extent of formal legal rights depend on the law that applies to the activity and the provisions in force at the relevant time. We will consider requests in that context. Withdrawal may prevent an activity that depends on the withdrawn permission, such as a proposed introduction, and it does not automatically erase a record that must lawfully be kept. We do not treat merely reading this policy or continuing to browse as a blanket consent to every possible future use.

Back to contents ↑
23

Handling requests and concerns

Send the request from the same email address or messaging account used for the original communication where practicable. Describe the action you want and identify the relevant record. If acting for another person, explain your authority without sending unnecessary documents at the outset. These steps help avoid disclosing one person’s information to someone else.

We may ask for proportionate clarification or verification before responding. If a request cannot be completed in full, the reason and any available next step should be explained. We do not publish a guaranteed response deadline that may conflict with the circumstances or applicable law; any legally required time limit still applies. If you remain concerned, explain the unresolved issue through the privacy contact, and you may use any complaint or remedy available to you under applicable law.

24

Location and cross-border processing

The website can be accessed from different countries. Hosting, font, messaging and email infrastructure may involve systems and service providers outside your own country, and information you choose to send through them may be processed in multiple locations. This public notice does not promise that all information remains in India or identify a verified country for every copy.

Where a service requires a specific storage location, contractual safeguard or transfer arrangement, that requirement should be assessed before the information is supplied. A public concept page is not confirmation of a particular enterprise compliance configuration. The laws and rights applicable to a specific interaction depend on the circumstances, not solely on the fact that the website is reachable from a country.

Back to contents ↑
25

Applicable requirements

This policy describes current public website practices; it is not a certification of compliance with every privacy law or a waiver of anyone’s rights. Applicable Indian requirements and any other law that applies to a specific activity must be considered as they come into force. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 include phased commencement provisions.

For the official texts, see the Act and the Rules published by India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. References to these texts do not represent that every provision is already operative or that a new product has passed a legal assessment.

26

Changes, accessibility and further information

This policy was updated on 28 October 2026. The date identifies this version of the public notice. If information flows change, for example through an enabled registration endpoint, a new analytics service, a customer account or private memory uploads, the relevant notice should be updated to explain those changes before the new activity collects information.

This page is intentionally detailed, but its contents list and section links let you go directly to the activity you want to understand. You can use browser zoom or print the page for your own reference. If a section is unclear or you need an explanation of a specific interaction, contact operations@suvano.world. A search-engine exclusion instruction is applied to this page, but that is not an access restriction: anyone with its link can still open, copy or share it.
