Deterministic decimal arithmetic calculates ocean freight plus origin and destination THC against container quantity. Quotes preserve frozen enquiry and rate snapshots; option selection preserves the draft basis. Real use requires your reviewed commercial rates. Currency matching is required; there is no currency conversion. Drafts do not reserve capacity, issue a quotation or cover every possible transport charge.

Store company shipment records, browse a paginated list and review status history. Operators progress records through Quoted, Booked, BL Drafted, Invoiced and Delivered. These are team-recorded stages, not carrier-confirmed events or live tracking. Version checks protect against conflicting updates, and repeated quote requests have duplicate-processing protection.

The implemented comparison endpoint checks reviewed invoice fields against the selected frozen quote snapshot. Deterministic checks identify overcharges, undercharges, net differences and grand-total reconciliation, with currency review. A complete cloud upload experience, saved audit workflow and approval or payment processing are still outstanding.
