A conversation can reveal a problem worth solving. Turning that into a project takes more: the right people, a first version to test and a shared understanding of what everyone is taking on.
Start with the people and the problem.
In Suvano Club, people can bring an idea, a skill or simply a question they want to explore. The first step is to understand who has the problem, what they do today and what a useful improvement might look like. We want honest discussion before anyone rushes to build.
Choose a small next step.
If the group sees a promising direction, the people involved can decide what to test first. That might mean research, a sketch, a prototype or a conversation with people who could use it. Suvano’s wider ecosystem can contribute product thinking, software, websites, market research or marketing skills when they fit the project.
Build together, with clear expectations.
Some selected ideas may be co-built or co-founded by Suvano and Club members. Before work starts, the people involved need to agree on the scope, each person’s role, decision-making, ownership, responsibilities and any compensation. An idea being discussed is not automatically a Suvano project, and participation in the Club does not guarantee a role.
DUOVÉ is one project in development.
DUOVÉ began with an idea from the Suvano Club community. Suvano is actively developing it with people from the community as a partnered project. It explores personalised watches and gifting with a QR-linked digital memory. It is in development and is not available to order; it is a project, not a client engagement. See DUOVÉ’s current status.
Bring your curiosity.
Not every idea needs to become a company. Sometimes a useful conversation, a new connection or a small experiment is the right outcome. If you want to share what you care about and what you might build, start a conversation with Suvano Club.
