AARAV → MEERA · A STORY TO KEEP
Somehow,
all my favourite days
have you in them.
Not a perfect story. Just our story.
And I wouldn’t change a single page.
A fictional sample, brought to life with original 2D illustrations.
I didn’t know that someone could become
a place you come home to.
Then you arrived. With your terrible directions, your very strong opinions about chai, and that laugh I now look for in every room.
THE LITTLE ROAD THAT LED TO US
It didn’t happen all at once.
It happened like this.
A few turns. A little courage. A lot of staying.
- CHAPTER 01 · THE BEGINNING
“Is this seat taken?”
One crowded café. One empty chair. I was trying to finish a book. You asked what I was reading, then spent the next hour telling me why I’d picked the wrong one.
I never did finish that book. - CHAPTER 02 · THE FIRST DETOUR
The long way home.
We missed our turn and pretended it was intentional. Twenty minutes became two hours. For the first time, I wasn’t in a hurry to get anywhere.
Getting lost started to feel like finding something. - CHAPTER 03 · THE RAINY SEASON
One umbrella. Two wet shoulders.
You kept moving the umbrella towards me. I kept moving it back. We reached home soaked, carrying cold takeaway and a story we still tell differently.
For the record, I was holding it in the middle. - CHAPTER 04 · THE QUIET REALISATION
Nothing special. Everything special.
You were chopping onions. I was choosing music. There were dishes in the sink and nowhere we needed to be. I remember thinking: this. More of this.
Not the grand gesture. The life in between. - CHAPTER 05 · RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW
A little of us, on your wrist.
I wanted to give you something for the days we’re together, and the days the world gets in the way. So here’s a little place to find me. Find us.
And this is only the beginning.
THE STORIES BEHIND THE SNAPSHOTS
If these moments
could talk.
The coffee
was terrible.
I remember the chipped blue cup. The rain getting louder. You drawing a tiny star on a receipt while you talked.
I don’t remember what we ordered. I remember hoping you wouldn’t check the time.
“One more coffee?”
Neither of us wanted one.
Our best plans
were unplanned.
We were supposed to go somewhere nice. Instead, it rained. The bus didn’t come. We ate samosas under a shop awning and made up stories about strangers.
I used to think a good day needed everything to go right. You’ve been quietly proving me wrong.
“Should we just walk?”
My favourite kind of yes.
A little messy.
A little like home.
The pasta was overcooked. You said it had “character.” There was flour on your sleeve and a song playing for the third time.
Somewhere between washing up and arguing about the last piece of garlic bread, an ordinary evening became a memory I wanted to keep.
“Same time tomorrow?”
And all the tomorrows after that.
NOT CAMERA-PERFECT. JUST OURS.
A few little
pieces of us.
Tap a snapshot. Stay a little longer.
Illustrative example snapshots. These are fictional people and memories.
THINGS I HOPE I NEVER FORGET
It’s the little things.
It always was.
01The way you say “text me when you reach” even when it’s a five-minute walk.
02That you know my order. And still ask, just in case today is different.
03Your hand finding mine when we cross a busy road.
04How you make room for my quiet days, without asking me to be someone else.
A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR LATER
Open when
you need me.
Some words for the days I can’t say them in person.
When you’ve had a hard day.+
You don’t have to make today sound better than it was. You can tell me the messy version. Or we can sit without saying anything. I’ll put the kettle on. We don’t have to solve the whole world tonight.
When you’re missing us.+
Somewhere, I’m probably looking at my phone and thinking of telling you something small. A dog I saw. A song you’d like. The distance doesn’t make you any less a part of my day. You’re still in all the little places.
When you wonder what comes next.+
I don’t have a perfect map. But I know I want more badly cooked dinners, more unplanned walks, and more mornings where you steal the blanket. Whatever comes next, let’s keep choosing the next little step together.
DUOVÉ · FICTIONAL PUBLIC DEMO
To all our
ordinary days.
A little note from Aarav to Meera.
For the quiet magic of simply being together.
Meera,
I used to think the days worth remembering would announce themselves.
Then there was tea going cold because we were still talking. The wrong turn that became our favourite walk. The way you always save me the last bite.
Turns out, my favourite moments aren’t extraordinary.
They’re just ours.
Here’s to a thousand more ordinary days.

There’s still so much
we haven’t done.
So wear this for the time.
Come back here for the feeling.
